Firearms Prohibited by Order-in-Council (OIC)
Due to current Canadian regulations, Switzer’s Auction is unable to accept or sell firearms that have been prohibited by the federal Order-in-Council (OIC). As a result, we are also unable to complete registration transfers for these firearms.
Owners of these firearms may be eligible to participate in the Assault-Style Firearms Compensation (Buyback) Program. For more information on eligibility and how to file a declaration, please visit the official program website using the link. Assault-Style Firearms Compensation Program - Canada.ca
If you wish to export and sell your firearm outside of Canada, this must be completed through a licensed third-party firearms exporter.
