October’s Community Raffle draw donated $3,300 to the Canadian Red Cross. These funds were matched by the Canadian Government to assist those impacted on the East Coast of Canada by Hurricane Fiona. Thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket.

April’s Community Gun Raffle draw was able to donate $1,500 to the North Hasting Community Fish Hatchery, $1,500 Bancroft Switch Yard (youth at risk site) and the Breakfast Club of Canada.

Switzer’s Auction is pleased to support the Breakfast club of Canada.  Our Community Gun Raffle draw donated approximately $1000.00 to help provide two schools in Alberta (Edmonton and Edson) and two schools in British Columbia (Merritt and Mission), with some of the tools needed to start up their new breakfast club programs.  Thank you to everyone who has participated in our charity raffles.  Because of your support we can pay it forward to all the children who attend and rely on this program.

Raffle proceeds also provide monthly support to 25 missionaries and their families, as well as sponsor a camp for 400 young people in Cuba.  Locally we have donated to “Kids in Need”, “The Switch Yard”, “Northern Outdoor Studies” program Bancroft Fish and Game Club “Youth Hunting Mentorship School” and the North Hastings Community Fish Hatchery.

Below are pictures that show some of these projects in action. The first two photos are of the first of four bikes that the community raffle draw has provided from 2022. This one went to a new mission in Santa Clara.
