Terms and Conditions for On Site Sale Buyers:

  1. The management will not be responsible for any loss or accident occurring on the premises.

  2. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer in relation to all matters is final.

  3. All purchases shall be paid for by Cash, Debit, Visa, or Mastercard, or by such means as the auction company shall make known to the purchaser.

  4. All merchandise is subject to a Buyers Premium of 10% when bidding on the floor.

  5. All merchandise, buyers premium is subject to Ontario HST of 13%.

  6. All merchandise must be paid for on the date of sale.

  7. A receipt must be presented before removal of the merchandise from the premises.

  8. All sales are final and not subject to conditions.

  9. All merchandise is sold in an "as is" condition, without recourse to the vendor.

  10. All merchandise must be removed on the sale date or otherwise by special arrangement with the management (ie: absentee bid).

  11. All merchandise may be inspected one hour before the commencement of the sale on the date of the sale.

  12. All merchandise left on the premise after being purchased is left at the purchaser's risk and the movement of any merchandise is at the purchaser's risk.

  13. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the Auctioneer.

  14. The auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without explanation.

  15. For your protection report a lost bidder card and turn in your current bidder card upon leaving the sale.
